Retained Search – For senior, C-suite, and hard-to-fill roles, fees are staged: 1/3 upfront, 1/3 upon shortlist, and 1/3 upon hire, providing a structured, strategic approach to securing top talent.

Monthly Subscription – Best suited for high-volume or ongoing hiring needs. 

Hourly/Day Rate – Perfect for project-based work, talent mapping, and boosting visibility for vacancies.
